These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Home Grove Tree Service, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Home Grove Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree trimming and pruning, tree removal, emergency storm cleanup, stump grinding, lot and land clearing, arborist consultations, and tree planting in the Fort Smith, River Valley, and Northwest Arkansas areas.
Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are provided free of charge and require an in-person, on-site assessment.
- Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the visit. If conditions change or additional work is discovered during the project, pricing may be adjusted with your approval before proceeding.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Once you approve an estimate, we will schedule your service at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service.
- Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay occurs.
Property Access
By scheduling services, you grant Home Grove Tree Service permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring we have clear access to the work area
- Notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other hazards
- Securing pets and removing personal property from the work area
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Liability and Limitations
- Home Grove Tree Service is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance to cover property damage or personal injury that may occur during the course of our work.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, driveways, fences, or other structures that is not caused by our work.
- Tree care involves inherent risks. While we take every precaution to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee that surrounding vegetation, landscaping, or ground surfaces will be completely unaffected.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
Cleanup
We include thorough cleanup with every job. Unless otherwise agreed, all debris including branches, logs, and wood chips will be removed from your property. If you would like us to leave wood, mulch, or chips on-site, please let us know during the estimate.
Warranty
All work is performed according to ISA standards and professional arboriculture best practices. Tree care results depend on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, and the overall health of the tree. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to tree health or growth after services are completed.
Emergency Services
We offer 24/7 emergency storm response. Emergency services may be priced differently from standard services due to the urgency and conditions involved. Standard Terms apply to emergency work unless otherwise stated.
Use of Website

- We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Sebastian County, Arkansas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
